CSV files are the only file type supported for this application. In addition, the data in the CSV must be in a specific format. You should have received a report for Qvidian that generates a template for this application. If you did not, please contact your Qvidian Admin or Customer Success Manager for more details.

We know that not all default values need to be updated each time, so if a blank values makes its way into your CSV file, the Uploader will simply ignore that merge code, and proceed to the next. Rest assured nothing will be deleted.

Before you upload, you have the option to choose whether to keep existing merge code values or not. If you choose to keep the existing values, the Uploader will simply add the new value to the existing list, and make it the default. If you choose not to keep existing merge code values, any existing values configured for each merge code being updated will be overwritten and replaced with the latest default value. This option is always set to keep existing values unless you choose to change it.
